Was there for the first time and was served very friendly. Dürum tasted very good, was wrapped better than others. And the best part, German is spoken. I love the Turkish culture, but personally I feel more comfortable when German is spoken. Update 10/20/20 I ordered a Dürüm to take away from the young man. He asked me whether with turkey or beef or mixed. Then I said mixed and without onions. Took quite a long time but that wasn't the bad thing. I've already seen that he only has turkey meat on it, but I thought it was for the customer next to me, so I didn't say anything. And he also has onions on it. Thanks for nothing. It was delicious but was there last time.

Very nice customer dealings! Been here many times and was always satisfied. The last kebab was outstanding, everything in it, lettuce, cabbage (white / blue), good sauce, tomatoes, crispy meat in a crunchy bread. As with every kebab man, if there's a lot going on, you'd better come back later, then the meat will be crispier. The price, however, is too high for a doner kebab at € 4.90 ... unfortunately that is now "normal": D Conclusion: definitely recommended! Bon appetit!

Had kebab ordered to pick up, the owner is very friendly, the food but unfortunately not very good. We had a completely raw large piece of turkey in the kebab. We then threw away the doner kebab. It was not very tasty either. We do not order here anymore. VG

Döner there are many in Augsburg, but the kebab of Ismail and his City Döner team is just something very special. Fresh ingredients, great meat and an ingenious home-baked bread. Just great 👍 keep it up.

Very nice and friendly staff. Very obliging. The food tastes very good. All ingredients crisp and fresh. The meat is seasoned just right. The bread is homemade and adds a great deal to the taste. Keep it up. I can only recommend.

Very tasty and big portions. One of the best in Augsburg. While waiting you will get a tea. Nice courteous staff.
